Challenge & Event Rules

These rules apply to every Sweet2Elite live challenge and event, including the Million Dollar Matches™ challenge, unless a challenge's own page publishes different rules. They're part of our Terms of Purchase.

1. Who runs it

Sweet2Elite LLC, PMB 1393, 300 Peachtree St NE, Ste CS2, Atlanta, GA 30308-3565 · [email protected]. Challenges aren't sponsored, endorsed or run by Zoom, Meta, Whop, PayPal or any other platform.

2. Your seat

• Your seat is your ticket. It's personal and can't be shared, resold or transferred.
• Seats are final once purchased, including before Night 1. Missing a night doesn't earn a refund or credit.
• If we cancel or move a night, you get the new date or a replay. If we cancel the whole challenge and don't run it within 30 days, you get your money back for your seat.
• Times are Eastern Time. Your Zoom link goes to your checkout email.

3. Replays

A replay is part of your seat only if your product page or checkout lists it. Then you get it for the period stated there. Any other replay is a free bonus. It may be shorter or edited, and we may remove it at any time.

4. Live prizes: what they are, and no extra purchase

• On each live challenge day, Coach Lii awards live prizes. Unless the challenge page says otherwise, they include at least one private 30-minute Zoom 1:1 coaching session with Coach Lii. Other prizes are Sweet2Elite digital products, program access or access extensions.
• Prizes have no cash value and no cash alternative. They aren't transferable and can't be exchanged. A 1:1 session must be booked within 30 days of the win and held within 60 days.
• Prizes are a thank-you bonus for live participation. Your seat price pays for the challenge coaching. It doesn't buy a prize or a chance at one. Nobody pays extra to be eligible. No seat level, upgrade or purchase made during the challenge gives you any advantage in winning.

5. How winners are chosen: judged, never random

Coach Lii chooses each day's winners in her judgment as coach, based on live engagement during that day's session, using these criteria:

1. Attending that day's session live on Zoom.
2. Completing that day's action step and sharing it on the call or in the chat.
3. Asking questions or sharing insights that apply that day's lesson.
4. Encouraging and supporting other women in the session.

There are no random draws, raffles or lucky numbers. Chance plays no part. Picks aren't based on how much you spent, your seat level or anything you buy. Coach Lii's decisions are final. We keep a short written note of each pick and the reason for it.

6. Who can win

• To win, you must be 18 or older, live in the United States, hold a paid seat in good standing (not refunded or disputed), and attend live on Zoom under the name or email you registered with.
• Sweet2Elite team members, contractors and people in their households can't win.
• Laws on prizes in paid programs differ from state to state. Residents of Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee and the District of Columbia are welcome to attend every session but aren't eligible for prizes. Prizes are void wherever prohibited.

7. Announcing and claiming prizes

Winners are announced live and emailed at their checkout email within 48 hours. Reply within 7 days to claim. Otherwise the prize is forfeited, and Coach Lii may choose another eligible participant using the same criteria. Winners are responsible for any taxes. We'll issue tax forms when the law requires them.

8. Winners list

For a list of a challenge's winners (first name and last initial), email [email protected] within 60 days after the challenge ends.

9. Fair play

We may disqualify anyone who uses more than one account, gives false information, harasses others or interferes with the session. If a technical problem stops a session, prizes for that day may be awarded at the next session or afterward, using the same criteria.

10. Publicity and privacy

Winning doesn't give us permission to use your name, face or story in marketing. That needs your separate written permission. We handle your information under our Privacy Policy.

11. No promised results

Challenges are coaching and education. We don't promise dates, matches, a relationship or any other result. Your commitment drives your results.

12. Disputes

Disputes are handled under Section 14 (Dispute Resolution) of our Terms of Purchase.
