SMS Terms

These SMS Terms cover the Sweet2Elite (Coach Lii) text-message program run by Sweet2Elite LLC. They're part of our Terms of Use.

1. What you'll get

Recurring automated texts from Sweet2Elite (Coach Lii). They include class, challenge and event reminders, Zoom and replay links, program and account updates, and marketing messages about our coaching, courses, communities and offers.

2. How you agree

You join by ticking a separate, optional, unchecked SMS box on one of our forms or checkouts, or by texting a keyword we publish. By joining, you agree to get recurring automated marketing and informational texts from Sweet2Elite at the mobile number you gave. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the number.

3. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. It's usually higher around live classes and challenges. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

4. How to stop

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too. You can also opt out any other reasonable way, such as emailing [email protected] or telling us in a reply. After you opt out, we may send one final text confirming it. We honor opt-outs promptly, and always within 10 business days. To rejoin, opt in again.

Reply HELP to any text, or email [email protected].

6. Timing

We schedule marketing texts for reasonable daytime hours and follow federal and state time-of-day limits for your area.

7. Your number and your privacy

If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP from that number first, or tell us. We don't sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent aren't shared with any third parties, except the aggregators and providers that deliver our texts. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

8. Carriers

Wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery isn't guaranteed.

9. Disputes

Disputes about texts are handled under Section 14 (Dispute Resolution) of our Terms of Purchase, which applies as if written here. That includes informal resolution first, individual arbitration and your 30-day right to opt out of arbitration.
