Terms of Purchase

Effective October 22, 2026 · Last updated October 22, 2026

The short version. This is a summary. The full terms below control.

  • You're buying coaching and education from Sweet2Elite LLC. We are not a dating site, dating app or matchmaker.
  • We don't promise any result: no relationship, partner, money or income. Your commitment drives your results.
  • Each product page says how long your access lasts. "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer that program (see Section 3).
  • All sales are final once your access is sent. The exceptions are the 7-day Access Fix, the always-refunded cases and any program guarantee named on your checkout. See our Refund & Purchase Policy.
  • Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel online anytime.
  • Section 14 requires individual arbitration of most disputes and waives class actions and jury trials. You can opt out within 30 days.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Purchase are a contract between you and Sweet2Elite LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Sweet2Elite," "we," "us"). Coach Lii is the coach and the face of Sweet2Elite. These terms cover every course, program, coaching package, membership, community, challenge or event seat and digital product you buy from us on sweet2elite.com, 3dates3days.com, our other sites, or through our checkout provider, Whop.

You accept these terms when you tick the box at checkout or complete a purchase on a page that links to them. These are also part of these terms: our Refund & Purchase Policy, our Earnings & Results Disclaimer, the Challenge Rules (for challenges), any program guarantee named on your checkout (such as the Rich Men Only™ Do-the-Work Money-Back Guarantee), our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're buying for your own personal use.

2. What we sell, and what I promise

Sweet2Elite is an online women's empowerment and mindset school. We sell coaching, courses and communities about dating and relationships, confidence and business. We are not a dating site, dating app, matchmaker or introduction service. We don't arrange dates or introductions, match you with anyone, or sell access to any person, or to anyone's money or gifts.

What I promise. You'll get the coaching, lessons, live sessions, community access and materials described on the product page or checkout you bought from, for the access period stated there. My team and I will keep our word under these terms.

What I can't promise. I can't promise any result. That includes a relationship, a partner, a proposal, dates, gifts, money, income or business success. Results depend on you and on things neither of us controls, including other people's choices. Your commitment drives your results, but even full commitment doesn't guarantee any particular outcome. Read the Earnings & Results Disclaimer before you buy.

Not professional advice. Our coaching is education. It isn't therapy or counseling, and it isn't medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Coach Lii and our team aren't licensed to give that kind of advice.

3. Delivery and how long your access lasts

Delivery. Digital products are delivered in our client portal. Your purchase counts as delivered when we send your login or access link to the email you used at checkout and your access is active. For a live event, it counts as delivered when your access to the live session (or the session link) is sent. Our systems record both.

Access periods. Each product page or checkout states how long your access lasts. These terms mean:

  • "Lifetime access" means access for as long as Sweet2Elite offers that program. It doesn't mean your lifetime or ours. If we retire a program you bought with lifetime access, we'll email you at least 30 days before your access ends. We'll also either let you download the core materials included in your access, or move you to a comparable Sweet2Elite program at no cost.
  • Subscriptions and memberships give you access while your subscription is active. That runs through the end of the last period you paid for.
  • Fixed-term access (for example "6 months" or "12 months") lasts for the period stated on the product page. It starts when your access is sent.
  • Live events include the live sessions. Replays are covered in Section 7.
  • If a product page doesn't state an access period, you get lifetime access as defined above. Bonuses have the access period stated for them. If none is stated, a bonus has the same access as the product it came with.

Updates. We may update, reorder or replace lessons to improve a program. We won't materially reduce the core content or live time you paid for during your access period.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars as shown at checkout, plus any tax shown there. A later price change never changes what you already paid.
  • Checkout. Payments are processed through Whop. Card charges normally appear on your statement as WHOP*SWEET2ELITE, though the exact wording can vary by bank.
  • Pay-later options. On eligible purchases of $100 or more, checkout may offer pay-later providers such as Sezzle, ClarityPay, PayPal or Splitit. Any loan or pay-later plan is between you and that provider, under its terms. We're paid in full. If we issue a refund, it goes to the provider, and the provider adjusts your plan on its own schedule.
  • Sweet2Elite payment plans are offered only on programs of $1,000 or more, and only where checkout shows one. A payment plan is one purchase split into payments. It isn't a subscription. You agree to make every payment on the schedule shown at checkout, even if you stop using the program, unless you get a refund under the Refund & Purchase Policy or a program guarantee. If a payment fails, we may retry it and pause your access until your account is current. We don't charge interest, late fees or collection fees for a failed payment.

5. Refunds

Our Refund & Purchase Policy explains exactly when you can get a refund. In short, all sales are final once your access is sent. The exceptions are the 7-day Access Fix, the always-refunded cases and any program guarantee named on your checkout.

UK and EU customers. You ask for immediate access to digital content and services. You agree that, where the law allows, you lose the 14-day right to cancel once your access begins.

6. Subscriptions and memberships (automatic renewal)

Some products, such as monthly memberships, renew automatically. Some included or trial periods also turn into a paid subscription.

  • Before you pay, checkout shows that the product renews automatically until you cancel, the price, how often you'll be charged, the date of the first charge (including the length of any free or included period) and how to cancel. You agree to those renewal terms by your own action at checkout.
  • Confirmation. After you buy, you'll get an email confirmation with the renewal terms and how to cancel.
  • Reminders. If a free, trial or included period turns into a paid subscription, we email you at least 7 days before the first paid charge. For plans of one year or longer, we email you 15 to 45 days before each renewal. For every subscription, we remind you of its terms and how to cancel at least once a year.
  • Price changes. We email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, and we tell you how to cancel. If you don't cancel, the new price applies from that renewal.
  • Cancel anytime online. Sign in to your Whop account with your checkout email, open the membership and choose cancel. You can also email [email protected] with the word "Cancel" and your checkout email. An emailed request counts as received on the day you send it, and we confirm it in writing. You can cancel right up until the renewal charge. There's no cancellation fee, and you never have to call or talk to anyone. If we show you an offer when you cancel, the option to finish cancelling stays on the same screen.
  • When cancelling takes effect. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Renewal charges are non-refundable once charged. The exceptions: we always refund a charge made after a cancellation we received in time, and any charge the law requires us to refund.

7. Live sessions, challenges and replays

  • Live sessions run on Zoom at the times shown on the product page. Times are Eastern Time unless the page says otherwise. Your link goes to your checkout email, and it's your job to join.
  • Your seat is your ticket. It's personal, it can't be shared or resold, and it's final once purchased, including before the first live session. Missing a session doesn't earn a refund or credit.
  • Replays. A replay is part of what you bought only if your product page or checkout lists it. Then you get it for the period stated there; "lifetime" has the meaning in Section 3. Any other replay is a free bonus. It may be shorter or edited, and we may remove it at any time.
  • If we cancel or move a session, you get the new date or a replay. If we cancel the whole challenge or event and don't run it within 30 days, you get your money back for that seat.
  • Prizes. Any live prize follows the Challenge Rules. Prizes are a thank-you bonus for live participation. Your seat price pays for the coaching. It doesn't buy a prize or a chance at one, and no seat level or extra purchase improves your chances.
  • Recording. Live sessions may be recorded for replays and program delivery. To stay off camera, keep your video off, use a first name, and send questions by private chat.

8. Program guarantees

If your checkout names a program guarantee or program terms, they apply to that program exactly as written. Today, the only program guarantee is the Rich Men Only™ Do-the-Work Money-Back Guarantee.

9. Testimonials and earnings

Stories and testimonials you see from us are real people's individual experiences. They aren't typical, and they aren't a promise. Any income or financial figure is one person's result, not an average. Most buyers of any course or coaching, including ours, earn little or no money from it. Details are in the Earnings & Results Disclaimer.

10. Using what you buy

You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for your own learning during your access period. Please don't share your login, resell or redistribute materials, record live sessions, or copy the curriculum. If you share access, harass other members or break our community rules, we may suspend or remove your access after telling you why. Removal for a conduct breach doesn't by itself entitle you to a refund. Programs that teach you to resell materials come with their own written license, and that license controls for those materials.

11. Questions about a charge

Please email [email protected] before you contact your bank. We reply within 2 business days, and most problems are fixed fast. You always keep your right to contact your card issuer or payment provider.

Access questions are settled by our records. Those include email delivery, portal logins and lesson views, live-session attendance and checkout records. If a payment is disputed, we may share those records, your acceptance of these terms and the time of your purchase with the payment provider. We never add interest, a penalty or a collection fee because you filed a dispute. If our records show you had access, and the same email or card disputes a charge again after documented delivery, we may decline future purchases from that email or card.

12. Messages from us

We send emails about your purchase, access and account. Coach Lii also sends marketing emails, and you can unsubscribe anytime from the link in any email. We text you only if you separately agree to texts, under our SMS Terms. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying. You agree that we may provide these terms, receipts, notices and other records electronically, by email or on our site, and that your checkbox and electronic acceptance count as your signature. You can ask for a paper copy at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date. Your purchase stays governed by the terms in effect when you bought it, except for changes that only help you. For a subscription, updated terms apply from your next renewal, but only after we email you at least 30 days ahead, so you can cancel first. Changes to Section 14 follow Section 14.10.

14. Dispute resolution: informal first, then individual arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

14.1 Talk to us first. Before starting arbitration or a court case, the side with the complaint sends a written Notice of Dispute. Yours goes to [email protected] (subject "Notice of Dispute") or to our mailing address below. Ours goes to your checkout email. The notice includes your name, your checkout email, what happened and what you're asking for. We both agree to try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days after the notice is received, including by a phone or video call if either of us asks. Deadlines to bring a claim are paused during those 30 days.

14.2 Agreement to arbitrate. If we can't resolve it, you and Sweet2Elite agree that any dispute, claim or controversy about these terms, any purchase, our products, coaching, sites, marketing or messages (including texts and emails) will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. That covers claims under contract, statute (including consumer-protection laws), tort or any other legal theory, and claims that arose before these terms. The American Arbitration Association ("AAA") administers the arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, plus its mass-arbitration supplementary rules if they apply. The rules in effect when the arbitration is filed apply. The rules are at adr.org.

14.3 Costs. You pay only the consumer's share of the filing fee under the AAA's consumer fee schedule. Sweet2Elite pays all other AAA administrative fees and all arbitrator fees. Each side pays its own lawyers unless the arbitrator awards fees under a law that allows it. We won't seek our lawyers' fees from you unless the arbitrator finds your claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose.

14.4 The hearing. The arbitration will be by video, by phone or on written submissions. If an in-person hearing is needed, it takes place in the county where you live, or somewhere else we both agree to. One neutral arbitrator decides. The arbitrator applies Pennsylvania law and these terms and can award you any individual relief a court could, including statutory damages. On request, the arbitrator gives a written, reasoned decision.

14.5 Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court (in Pennsylvania, magisterial district court) or its equivalent where you live, as long as it stays there. Either of us may ask a court to stop the misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to our systems. If a law that can't be waived gives you the right to seek public injunctive relief in court, that request goes to court after the individual arbitration ends, and the court case is paused until then.

14.6 No class actions. No jury. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator can't combine more than one person's claims without everyone's consent, except as the AAA's mass-arbitration rules allow for administration. You and Sweet2Elite each give up the right to a jury trial.

14.7 Who decides. The arbitrator decides questions about the scope, validity and enforceability of this Section 14. A court decides three things: whether 14.6 (no class actions) and the public-injunction part of 14.5 are enforceable, and whether you opted out under 14.8.

14.8 Your right to opt out. You can opt out of arbitration and the class-action waiver. Email [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days after you first accept these terms. Include your name, your checkout email and a sentence saying you opt out. Opting out doesn't affect anything else in these terms, your access or how we treat you. If you opt out, 14.2 to 14.7 don't apply to you. 14.1 still applies.

14.9 If part of this section fails. If 14.6 is found unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy (and only that one) goes to court and not to class arbitration. The rest of this section still applies.

14.10 Future changes. If we change this Section 14, you can reject the change by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after we post it. A change never applies to a dispute already in a Notice of Dispute.

14.11 Earlier purchases. Some earlier versions of our terms named a different arbitration location and split costs equally. For any dispute about an earlier purchase, we won't enforce that location or cost split. If you choose arbitration, the cost and location rules in this Section 14 apply.

14.12 Courts. Any claim that isn't arbitrated goes to a state or federal court with jurisdiction either in the county where you live or in Pennsylvania. If you bring the claim, you choose. If we bring it, we file where you live.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You still keep any consumer protection the law where you live gives you that can't be waived. The Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 14.

16. Limits on liability

Apart from the promises in these terms, our products are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that the law doesn't allow to be limited or waived.

17. Which terms win, and other details

  • Order of priority. (1) A program guarantee or program terms, for that program. (2) What the product page or checkout says about that product's price, schedule, contents and access period. (3) The Refund & Purchase Policy. (4) These Terms of Purchase. (5) The Terms of Use.
  • You get the better deal. Sometimes an older footer, FAQ, sales page or checkout line, or one of our emails, says something stricter than these terms, such as "no refunds of any kind." In that case, these terms apply. If a statement shown to you when you bought was more favorable to you, that statement applies to that purchase.
  • If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. You can't transfer these terms. We may transfer them to a successor that keeps them. These terms, with the documents listed in Section 1, are the whole agreement about your purchase.
  • You can ask us for a written copy of these terms or our refund policy at any time.
